Summers reading- P.48

Thinking skills
F:
1.George didnt liked to be told what to do by the teachers, and he didnt felt respected by them.
2.He allready lied to Mr.cattanzara about reading books so he kept lying about the houndred books.
3.George didnt want to talk about the books with Mr.cattanzara.
4.We can probably guess that Mr.cattanzara saw himself when he looked at george and he dosent want george to live the same life as he is.
5.Because of all the neighbors that were still friendly to George, and George knew his lie was discoverd, he felt guilty that he didnt finish reading all of the books.

G:
1.George and Mr.cattanzara and different and similar in many ways, they are different on the outside, Mr.cattanzara is bold short and old, George is tall skinny and young.
The way they are similar is that Mr.cattanzara has been through what George is going through right now.
2.The lie George told affected his life for the better, in the end he started reading books even though he felt guilty and ashamed through out the story.
3.Yes i did find the ending satisfying because after all of the lie turned out to be usefull.
4.The story is called because it took George the whole summer to actually start reading.
